Free access

The article describes the practical experience of applying the methods of art therapy in psychocorrective classes during distance learning for children. We give the examples of tasks and exercises developed with consideration to the capabilities and intellectual abilities of schoolchildren. It is illustrated that the use of art therapy in remedial work, in particular during distance learning, makes it possible to organize remedial classes more effectively, allows including children in general activity as much as possible, and develops cognitive activity. Our experience shows that during classes children become calmer, more balanced, engaging with peers, they relax, self-actualize, reveal the depths of their subconscious and get rid of problems.
