The general trends and directions of use of artificial intelligence technologies in the activity of organization of higher education are characterized. The review of use of artificial intelligence technologies in some universities of the People’s Republic of China is presented. The forms of work on the basis of artificial intelligence technologies are described. It is concluded about the possibilities of development of new forms and technologies of organization of foreign language teaching.
