The state of studying the problem of developing the readiness of future teachers at primary school to the use of personal and developmental pedagogical technologies in science and pedagogical practice is considered. The necessity of studying the scientific researches and the pedagogical experience of the implementation of these technologies at primary school are substantiated. The results of studying the difficulties of readiness of future teachers at primary school to the use of personal and developmental pedagogical technologies are analyzed. There are described the integrative technologies of organization of educational and professional activity of students.
