The problematic field of expert activity of youth in the system of state-public management

The issue of youth training to expert activity in the system of state-public management is considered. There are analyzed the forms of involvement, barriers of institutionalization and educational practices. The pedagogical strategies, focused on the development of subjective position and the competencies of young experts are suggested.
