The problems of adaptation of students and graduates of pedagogical university to work at school

The article deals with the brief analysis of the problem of adaptation of students and graduates of a pedagogical university to work at school, there are revealed the ways to solve this problem. The article describes the work aimed at the organization of the successful adaptation of the graduates of Ulyanovsk State University of Education at the schools of the Ulyanovsk region on the basis of the developed guidelines and programs for school leaders and mentors for working with graduates.
