The problems of socialization of students’ youth and the ways of their solution in modern university

The different directions of modern socialization of students’ youth are considered. The analysis of the gender-based socialization in university education, the problem of labour and political socialization and the peculiarity of youth’s socialization in a polyethnic environment is conducted. The implementation of socialization in modern universities, including Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University (at the example of the experience of the work of the Department of Social Work), is characterized.
