The article deals with the essential feature of the concept “project activities”. There is substantiated the topicality of the management of the project activities in the educational institutions. There are revealed and tested the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the management of the project activities of students. There is described the experience of the empirical study, there is presented the complex of the program activities directed to the management of the project activities of students at the example of the linguistic gymnasium.
