Professional communicative competence of a modern student in a new educational paradigm framework

Educational accent shift from the principle of adaptability to the principle of graduating student competence has been substantiated. The analysis of competence-based approach and knowledge-based approach has been carried out. The notions of competence, professional competence and communicative competence have been defined. The content of modern student communicative competence has been revealed.
