Professional and ethical culture of personality as the basis of its self-determination

The issue of development of the basis of personality’s professional and ethical culture in the educational process of pedagogical university is comprehended. The specific character of a future teacher’s professional establishment is emphasized. There is defined the level of development of bachelors’ representations about the obligatory and desired professional and ethical qualities that are necessary for them in the future professional activity, its level, perspectivity and efficiency are characterized by it as the result. The necessity of searching for the new optimal models of development of personality’s professional and ethical culture with a foundation of specific nature of pedagogical activity is substantiated.
