Статья посвящена исследованию вопроса о борьбе профсоюзов США за отмену положения закона Тафта - Хартли об ограничении политической деятельности рабочих организаций в связи с проведением федеральных выборов. Автор показывает, что активные и единые действия американских профсоюзов явились решающим фактором толкования Верховным судом США положения статута Тафта -Хартли о запрете рабочими союзами использовать профсоюзные взносы для участия в избирательных кампаниях в пользу профсоюзов.
