Vocational education of the Lower Volga region in the 1941-1945s as the product of the Soviet sociocultural structure: the view through the prism of interdisciplinary methodology

It is stated that the institutions of the vocational education of the Lower Volga region in the 1941-1945s coped with the tasks of workers’ training in the extreme conditions of war time. The solution of the problem was in the society aimed at catching modernization that has acquired the features of specific sociocultural structure (etacratism), in the course of monopolization of all solutions in the sphere of workers’ training by party-state.
