Forecast and modeling of the new primary vocational educational systems

Approaches to the modeling of multi-level and multi-functional primary vocational educational institutions are shown in the present article. The principles of their functioning are substantiated. Variants of development of documents for reorganization of traditional educational institution into integrated and multi-level ones are considered.
