Prospects of service in Uzbekistan

The increase in economic well-being and the development of business life has increased the demand for new types of services, the demand for the quality of service to consumers.

The development of scientific and technical progress has led to the emergence of new types of services (information and documentary Service, audit services, wireless communication, interactive communication services) related to the transmission, processing and analysis of information.

In the field of socio-cultural service, more diverse forms of service delivery and various types of services have emerged. In the market of Service Services, new service trends are constantly emerging, which have a high level of quality. In recent years, consistent measures are being taken to develop the service and service sector in the Republic. The structure of the services market is improving on the account of the development of new types of Services-Banking, Finance, Insurance, Information and communication services and others. The increase in the provision of families with complex, household appliances, computers and personal car transport allowed them to enjoy the services provided to them.

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 26, 2016 ―2016-2020 on the program on the development of service sectors, loans allocated from year to year will increase by 10 percent and by 2020 will amount to 2.6 trillion soums. It is also worth paying attention to the tax benefits offered within the framework of measures for the development of service sectors. Individual entrepreneurs engaged in the provision of household services in rural areas are exempted from the tax payments established for 3 years. Microfirms, small businesses and individual entrepreneurs offering laundry services in the suburbs and rural areas are exempted from a single tax fee and fixed tax for five years.

Legal entities serving in the following directions are exempted from income tax and single tax payment for a period of 3 years:

• 1.    Finance, banking services.

• 2.    Household services.

• 3. Other services according to official forecasts, by 2020, the share of services in the domestic gross product of Uzbekistan will reach 48.7 percent.

President of our Country Sh.M.Mirziyoyev spoke about this and said: "in the near future, it is necessary to re-develop and submit a package of documents on improvement of transport and trade service, reconstruction of the way of avtomachine and drinking water supply system".

At present, more than 16.5 thousand large organizations (with the addition of non-profit organizations providing market services) and more than 126 thousand small business entities operate in the field of services in the Republic. The constant growth in the demand for various types of services by the population and the practical measures taken by the state to develop infrastructures (social, transport-communication, trade, etc.) related to this area provided for the rapid development of the entire sector of services. Communication and information services developed rapidly and their total volume increased by 4.6 times. The implementation of national programs for the development and reconstruction of telecommunications network, computerization and Information Technologies has led to an increase in wireless telephone communications, an increase in the number of mobile abonents and collective connectivity to the Internet.

The increase in the production of services by small businesses and private entrepreneurs has contributed to the rapid development of the services sector. Within the framework of the implementation of the program of development of the sphere of services, a large number of preferential loans have been provided to business entities for the technological equipment of newly created enterprises for the provision of services, the organization of new jobs in the spheres of service in the republic, the improvement of investment, tax, monetary and scientific and- it is the factors that ensure economic development. It should be noted that in the "strategy of action on five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021" for the rapid development of the sphere of services in the Republic and increasing its share in the gross domestic product - I'm sorry...rapid development of the tourism industry, increasing its role and share in the economy, diversification and quality improvement of tourist services, expansion of tourism infrastructure, further development of road transport infrastructure, introduction of information and communication technologies into the economy, social sphere, management system" are not defined.

In the current situation, it is necessary to focus on priority areas of development of the sphere of services:

• -    wide introduction of the system of electronic government‖, establishment of electronic trading of products (services provided)produced by economic entities;

• -    electronic transfer of information in the libraries of educational institutions and development of distance education, etc.

The insurance system is of great importance in the sustainable development of economic sectors in our country and in protecting them from the risks that are likely to be seen in their financial activities.

In the CIS countries of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, this figure is on average 1,5-2,5 percent. The share of insurance services of Uzbekistan in the country's GDP is low and is 0.32 per cent.

In the modern economy of Uzbekistan, the insurance system is of strategic importance, due to the fact that the insurance system has risen to the level of public policy, the insurance market is considered by the public administration agencies (bodies) as one of the integral parts of the country's market infrastructure.

High growth rates can be explained by the emergence of new types of services, such as payments through credit cards, sales through the internet, the launch of new shopping centers, dining complexes, hotels, educational and entertainment services, and the main share in the provision of services in the field of information (87,3%) accounted for the contribution of telecommunication services (mobile communication,

The volume of services in the field of education is 4226,2 billion. sum, the growth rate was 107,8 %, the growth rate was 120,6% compared to the same period last year. The continuation of the measures taken to ensure the stability of the banking system, the expansion of lending to prospective investment projects, the liberalization of foreign exchange policy has affected the increase in the volume of financial services. Currently, the production of services is stratified according to the level of income of consumers, tastes and what they prefer. Along with the growth in volumes, the structural proportions of market services have also changed. The establishment of new jobs in the field of services, the improvement of investment, tax, monetary and scientific and technical policies, as well as the development of small businesses using new information and communication technologies, will provide an opportunity for a more stable growth of the economy, make qualitative structural changes in the network structure of market services.

The market of services in our country is improving from the account of the development of new promising types of services – banking, finance, insurance, tourism, information and communication and other services. As a result of the economic reforms carried out for the purpose of balanced development of the economy in the Republic, great positive results were achieved in a short period of time. In particular, the national income and sustainable growth rates of the State Oil Company were ensured, investment and foreign trade activities were carried out, agricultural sectors were radically reformed, and broad opportunities were created for the sustainable and rapid development of service sectors in particular. Therefore, it is important to thoroughly study the impact of service sectors on the social economic development of our country and to look for specific ways of its intensive development.

At present, the rules of implementation of socio-economic development of countries of the world have a special feature in relation to those of previous periods. One of these features is that the rapid development of service sectors in almost all countries is characterized by an increase in the volume of gross domestic product and an increase in its share in this indicator.
