The article deals with the peculiarities of the psychological and pedagogic support of the development of the professional self-actualization of students in college. There are revealed the theoretical suppositions and the conceptual questions of the research. The authors describe the difficulties of the students of the college in the process of the establishment and development of the professional self-actualization.
