The work with the different kinds of the text in the process of the development of the readers’ literacy of the schoolchildren at the lessons of mathematics

The article deals with the comprehension of the essential features of the reader’s literacy of the students, the levels of its development that are coordinated with the approved ones in the international monitoring PISA, and the ways of the development of the readers’ literacy at the lessons of Mathematics during the work with the texts of the different types (continuous and discontinuous). The basic text of the article is accompanied by the examples of the work at the lessons of Mathematics with the texts and the tasks, that are oriented toward the level of the development of the readers’ literacy of the schoolchildren. There is substantiated the urgency of the work with the teachers of Mathematics, aimed at the improvement of their skills of the organization of the work with the texts at the lessons of Mathematics, considering the level of the development of the readers’ literacy of the students and the psycho- and age-related peculiarities, arranged by the years of teaching at school.
