Работа посвящена оценке частоты постоперационных осложнений в ранний период после оперативного вмешательства. В пожилом и старческом возрасте у основной массы больных имеется одно основное и зачастую несколько сопутствующих заболеваний, резерв организма истощен, иммунитет снижен, адаптивные механизмы организма не имеют гибкости, присущей молодому организму. В связи с подобным фактом, пациентам пожилого и старческого возраста необходим объем лечения, который будет эффективно способствовать выздоровлению больных и не будет вызывать сбой других органов и систем организма. Объем оперативного вмешательства - один из основных критериев в оценке лечения рака молочной железы в пожилом и старческом возрасте. В нашей работе мы изучили пациенток, которые оперированы в том или ином объеме, оценили частоту и разновидность постоперационных осложнений в первые дни после операции. Расчеты проведены в программе СПСС Статистика.

Early complications after surgical treatment of breast cancer in the elderly and senile
The work is devoted to assessing the frequency of postoperative complications in the early period after surgery. In old and senile age, the bulk of patients have one and often several concomitant diseases, the body's reserve is depleted, immunity is lowered, the body's adaptive mechanisms do not have the flexibility that presses the young body. In connection with this fact, elderly and senile patients need a volume of treatment that will effectively contribute to the recovery of patients and will not cause failure of other organs and systems of the body. The volume of surgical intervention is one of the main criteria in evaluating the treatment of breast cancer in the elderly and senile. In our work, we studied patients who were operated on in one or another volume, estimated the frequency and type of postoperative complications in the first days after surgery. The calculations were carried out in the SPSS Statistica program.
