Распространенность и факторы риска суицидального поведения осужденных мужчин

Обследовано 83 мужчины, находящихся в заключении (средний возраст 27,7 лет ). Около 25% осужденных мужчин сообщили о суицидальных попытках в прошлом. В результате исследования были выявлены корреляции суицидального поведения с синдромом дефицита внимания с гиперактивностью (СДВГ), родительской жестокостью , частыми драками в детстве, уровнем агрессии , зависимостью от алкоголя , наркотиков, психотравмами и личностными акцентуациями. На основе исследования авторы делают выводы о том, что СДВГ , агрессия , прием психоактивных веществ , психотравма , и личностные расстройства связаны с суицидальным поведением, проявляемым в заключении. Указанные факторы имеют не только прогностическое значение , но их также следует рассматривать, как соответствующие цели при вмешательстве с целью уменьшить риск суицида . Эти лица должны быть отнесены к категории высокого риска , нуждающейся в оказании адекватной психотерапевтической помощи, диагностике, профилактике и лечении.

Prevalence and risk factors of suicidal behavior in convicted males
This study included nationally representative sample of 83 incarcerated males (mean age 27,7). About 25% of convicted males reported suicidal attempts earlier in their life. There were found significant correlates of suicidal behavior, including ADHD, parental cruelty, frequent fights in childhood, aggression level, alcohol dependence, drug use, psychotrauma and a number of personality accentuations. Conclusions: ADHD, aggression, substance use disorders, psychotrauma and some personality characteristics are the problems significantly associated with suicidal behavior in prison population. Therefore, offenders with such conditions should be considered to be at high risk, which helps to organize an adequate diagnostics, preventive measures and treatment for them. These factors not only have predictive value but should also be considered as appropriate targets when intervening to reduce suicide risk.
