Developing the experimental plant for producing fat-inwater emulsion

The experimental plant to emulsify fat in water by means of one pump and an emulsifying machine (EM) with one inlet and disc directing arrangement which creates an intensive vortex flow of fat and water mixture in the EM have been worked out. The use of the suggested plant in production will allow to produce fat-in-water emulsion of higher quality using less electric power to carry out the emulsifying process compared to traditional centrifugal and rotary emulsifying machines.
