The solution of difficult situations in children resting camps: target setting

The problem of solving the difficult situations in children resting camps is considered. On the basis of the results of the counselors’ questionnaire, the fundamental kinds of difficult situations are introduced, the description of the reasons for their origin is given, and the strategies of their solution are suggested. The vectors of improvement of professional training of future counselors are defined.
