В обзоре представлены современные подходы к изучению эпидемиологии, диагностики, классификации и прогнозированию разрывов сердца у пациентов с острым инфарктом миокарда. Обсуждаются возможная взаимосвязь разрывов сердца и тромболитической терапии, а также нерешенные вопросы раннего выявления контингента пациентов с острым инфарктом миокарда, угрожаемых по разрыву сердца.
