В обзоре представлены современные подходы к изучению эпидемиологии, диагностики, классификации и прогнозированию разрывов сердца у пациентов с острым инфарктом миокарда. Обсуждаются возможная взаимосвязь разрывов сердца и тромболитической терапии, а также нерешенные вопросы раннего выявления контингента пациентов с острым инфарктом миокарда, угрожаемых по разрыву сердца.

Cardiac rupture in acute myocardial infarction (review)

Review presents current approaches to epidemiology, diagnosis, classification and prediction of cardiac rupture among patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction. The possible connection between cardiac rupture and thrombolytic therapy and unsolved questions of early cardiac rupture prediction are the points of discussion
