The development of foreign language competencies in the university with the consideration of the peculiarities of the paradigm of the modern educational environment

The techniques and methods of study, directed to the formation of the foreign language professional communicative competence and their role in the development of the universal competencies of students with the consideration of the challenges of the modern age and the appeared intersocial problems, are considered. There are described the modern approaches to teaching the foreign languages and the development of the global competencies, directed to the correspondence with the new requirements in the context of the chosen qualification.
