The article deals with the issue of the creation of the reflexive educational environment for the development of the professional competencies of the students in military universities. There is conducted the analysis of the works of this sphere. There are revealed the basic conditions supporting the development of the reflexive component of the professional competencies. The authors describe the specific features of the comprehension of reflection and its role in the creation of the educational process and the development of the professional competence of military students.
