The development of creative abilities of students youth in the educational system of higher school with the use of media tools in the context of turbulence

The influence of media tools on the development of creative abilities of students in universities in the context of turbulence is studied. There are suggested the technologies of media integration in the educational process for the stimulation of creativity and the innovative way of thinking. The participants of the students televiewing in Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov are included in the experimental group.
