Development of management potential: the significance of the coefficients of intelligence, emotionality and spirituality for the head of the preschool educational establishment

The article deals with the correlation of the intellectual, spiritual and emotional factors, influencing on the formation and development of the management potential of the head of a preschool educational establishment. There are considered the factors IQ (intelligence quotient - English “intelligence level”), EQ (emotional quotient - English “emotional factor”) and SQ (spirituelle quotient - English “spiritual factor”) that affect the formation of the personality of a head of preschool educational establishment as a mentor. The purpose of the article is the correlation of IQ, EQ and SQ coefficients in the development of a mentor’s personality.
