The article deals with the correlation of the intellectual, spiritual and emotional factors, influencing on the formation and development of the management potential of the head of a preschool educational establishment. There are considered the factors IQ (intelligence quotient - English “intelligence level”), EQ (emotional quotient - English “emotional factor”) and SQ (spirituelle quotient - English “spiritual factor”) that affect the formation of the personality of a head of preschool educational establishment as a mentor. The purpose of the article is the correlation of IQ, EQ and SQ coefficients in the development of a mentor’s personality.
