Entropy of quasiphase glass-liquid transition coincides with melting entropy of crystals, having «friable structures». The fraction of excited atoms, defrosted at a temperature of glasses softening, in order of size is close to delocalized atoms fraction at melting temperature. The idea of dominating role of certain atoms concentration delocalization (excitation) in the criteria of glass-liquid transition is expressed.
