Роль психологических факторов в развитии и обострении бронхиальной астмы

Обоснование. Бронхиальная астма (БА) - хроническое респираторное заболевание, от которого на сегодняшний день страдают более 262 миллионов людей во всем мире. БА оказывает негативное влияние на качество жизни пациентов и приводит к значительным затратам здравоохранения. В то время как влияние биологических и экологических факторов на астму в научной литературе хорошо представлено, роль психологических факторов в развитии и обострении бронхиальной астмы остается недостаточно изученной. Цель. Системный анализ научной литературы по изучению психологических факторов возникновения и обострения симптомов бронхиальной астмы. Методы. Проанализирован ряд исследований, в которых изучалась связь между психологическими факторами и астмой. Материалы и методы включали обзор и анализ научной литературы, опубликованной в различных базах данных, включая PubMed, Scopus и PsycINFO, Google Scholar, elibrary.ru, с критической оценкой отобранных исследований на основе заранее определенных критериев включения. Результаты. Анализ литературы показал, что психологические факторы могут способствовать развитию и обострению бронхиальной астмы через различные механизмы, такие как: нарушение иммунной регуляции, изменение физиологии дыхательных путей, плохая приверженность лечению. Наиболее часто упоминаемыми психологическими факторами, влияющими на астму, являются стресс, тревога и депрессия. Заключение. Настоящий обзор подчеркивает важность учета психологических факторов при лечении бронхиальной астмы. Целостный подход к лечению астмы, учитывающий как медицинские, так и психологические факторы, необходим для эффективного лечения и улучшения качества жизни больных. Предпочтительно, чтобы медицинские работники знали о потенциальном влиянии психологических факторов на астму и рассматривали возможность включения психологических вмешательств в процесс лечения астмы.
