Free access

The paper examines the transformation of the project manager's role depending on the type and scale of a business project. It analyzes key functions, competencies, and management styles at various stages of the project lifecycle. Using the example of developing a business plan for the preschool development center, the specifics of managing a project implemented in the format of private entrepreneurship are demonstrated. It is substantiated that the manager's methodological approach to planning, risk management, and work organization is a determining factor in achieving project goals, regardless of whether they act as a hired manager or a business owner.
