The project life cycle – a key concept in project management

Free access

The article discusses the practical application of the theoretical foundations of project management, in particular, the concept of the project life cycle (PLC). Using the example of the detailed development of a commercial project for a fitness studio for women called "Body Harmony", it shows how step-by-step structuring, from initiation to completion, allows for the transformation of a business idea into a feasible and financially sound plan. Special attention is given to project management tools (project card, Gantt chart, and risk management plan), which ensure control over deadlines, budgets, and quality.
