The article examines the role of internal staff mobility in the enterprise personnel security system under conditions of labor market instability and increasing personnel risks. Special attention is paid to internal mobility as a tool for reducing employee turnover, preserving key competencies, and enhancing workforce sustainability. The relevance of the study is driven by the need to shift from reactive human resource management practices to proactive mechanisms aimed at ensuring personnel security. Effective development of internal staff mobility contributes to the rational use of human capital, increased employee loyalty, reduced dependence on the external labor market, and overall organizational stability.
