The article discusses the psychological content of self-determination of pedagogical activity as an implicitly specified activity of the subject, who knows and transforms their inner world and socio-cultural reality, initiating constructive creative develop-ment and self-development on the basis of humanistic orientations of cooperation, dialogue, self-expression, facilitation, individual freedom of choice.
