At the example of the Krasnoyarsk region the attractiveness of the profession of village teacher for village students of pedagogical universities, schoolchildren of village schools and their parents in the context of the conducted reforms in the course of the National project “Education” and the current problems with supply, fluctuation and “ageing” of pedagogical staff is studied.
