The article deals with the developing of a new sweetened condensed lactiferous product of a higher nutritional value. The product has improved therapeutic and preventative properties due to the use of the vitamin complex in the form of natural admixtures. The source of natural vitamin complex presents the composition including rosehip, sea-buckthorn, haw and black chokeberry syrups in proportion 1:1:1:1, in amount 2, 5 -5%.
