The condensed dairy canned food is in demand raised in our country, but recently more and more people is compelled to refuse to itself a favourite delicacy in connection with its increased cost. For depreciation of a product and increase of its quality it is offered to replace a part of the sucrose which is a part of canned food, with starched treacle and vitamin-containing composition of syrups on fructose. It will allow to reduce caloric content of a product, to give it functional properties, to reduce prime cost.
