Samples of the condensed milk-containing product with sugar with partial replacement of dry skim milk on malt have been developed, and then its physical and chemical and organoleptic indicators have been defined. It has been established that the developed on these indicators product corresponds to the requirements of GOST P 53507-2009 “Canned milk-containing sweetened condensed products. General specifications”.
