Characteristics of the road network of Sakha (Yakutia)

The main purpose of my scientific research are ensuring availability and quality of life for rural population. Here i will plan to consider the north municipalities separately. Then i will make general description of these municipalities. In this way, i will know, from the building roads, which effect will be, for example, progress of industry, increase of the population, improvement of living standarts and safety. Next, I will calculate economical valuations and exponents, after I will see them with tables and diagrams. At the end, I will make different conclusions and recommendations.

The road network in the country has a length of over 30 thousand. Km, of which more than half are timing (seasonal) roads - ice roads. It includes 21.8 thousand km (65%) of roads, of which paved - 7.6 thousand. Km. For the country, in its scale, characterized by poor development of the road network, the territorial isolation of individual roads, as well as a significant development of departmental road network, which actually performs the functions of public roads. Transport links by road paved off just 16 districts of 33 [2].

Social and economic effect

Social and economic effect of the municipalities is increase in production of local goods; industrial development; improving people's lives; increase jobs by repairing roads, which would entail the youth; improving road safety and environmental standards in road construction; attracting additional investments, including the development of small and medium-sized businesses.

Road development will become a reference point for the economic breakthrough of the republic, and its construction will begin implementation of major investment projects, primarily coal. Only the size of tax revenues to the federal and local budgets to exceed 20 billion rubles, while the volume of goods transported may be up to 15 million tons per year [1].

Conclusion

Furthermore, the development of roads may have not only federal, but as well as international and shade through economic cooperation and trade with other regions and countries. Thus, the payback period can be reduced by half - from 20 to 10 years, which is very positive impact for the development of the country as a whole.
