The social essence of gender theory of upbringing (than the biological one, as the researchers and realists of education often understand by mistake) and the relevance of its usage as an innovative process on the basis of the methodology of holistic approach in education are substantiated. There are given the mistakes in the interpretation of the social essence of gender theory of upbringing as the biological one.
