Sociologic analysis of professional socialization process of prospective teachers

The article considers the approaches of contemporary foreign sociologists to the subject of professional socialization. Upon the questionnaire results of Mordovia Teachers Training Institute graduates it attempts to analyze the stage of professional training as one of the most significant in professional socialization. The author concludes that professional activity of future teachers depends on the motivation of pedagogic profession, quality of the professional education, psychological and economical conditions of educational and social milieu.
