Support of teachers’ development in the context of the continuous education

The article deals with the informal aspect of the continuous education of the teachers. There is substantiated the urgency of the support of the teacher’s development as the humanitarian practice, compensating the deficits of the formal structure of the continuous education. Based on the analysis of the content and the tasks of the teacher’s development there are suggested the relevant practices of the support at the different stages of the professionalization.
