Проведен анализ современных методов лечения пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом (ОКС) без элевации сегмента ST, в котором пытались найти оптимальный подход, оказывающий влияние на выживаемость пациентов после проведенного лечения. Продемонстрировано, что на сегодняшний день не существует единого алгоритма медикаментозного и хирургического ведения пациентов.
