В обзоре представлены результаты анализа зарубежных научных исследований по актуальным направлениям спортивной подготовки регбистов высокого класса, описаны режимы двигательной активности, определяющие спортивную работоспособность в зависимости от игровой позиции регбистов. В работе также вскрыты противоречия в результатах определения объема высокоскоростного бега профессиональных игроков в регби на основе применения абсолютных и индивидуализированных зон скорости. В статье проведен сравнительный анализ требований, предъявляемых к регбистам молодежной и взрослой сборных команд во время международных соревнований. Описаны показатели технико-тактические подготовленности регбистов, обеспечивающие прорывы линии защиты во время матчей. Авторами рассмотрено влияние переноса мяча на механику спринтерского бега у регбистов, определены вариативность выполнения удара ногой по мячу квалифицированными регбистами, и также предложены прогностические показатели, определяющие способности регбистов к выполнению спринтов и ускорений во время бега...
