Дан краткий зарубежный обзор современных представлений о возможных нейрокогнитивных механизмах расстройств мышления (РМ) при шизофрении, связанных с нарушениями внимания, исполнительских функций, оперативной и семантической памяти, языковых, семиотических и сенсорно-перцептивных процессов. Отмечается противоречивость экспериментальной верификации этих гипотез и наибольшая вероятность того, что тяжесть шизофренических ассоциативных РМ отражает какие-то дисфункции семантической системы
