Современные подходы к фиксации яичка после устранения внутриоболочечной тестикулярной торсии

Введение. Перекрут яичка (ПЯ) является наиболее распространенной экстренной урологической патологией у мальчиков. При невозможности исключить ПЯ показана ревизия органов мошонки. В каждом третьем случае перекрученное яичко признается нежизнеспособным, и выполняется орхидэктомия. Если во время операции яичко признано жизнеспособным, то возникают вопросы выбора методики фиксации, шовного материала, а также о необходимости и сроках фиксации контрлатерального яичка. Наличие большого количества возможных осложнений после фиксации яичка показывает актуальность исследования современного опыта по этой проблеме.
