Specialized electronic resource “Scientists - school” as the form of the scientific cooperation of the pedagogical universities in the development of the general education

The article deals with the substantiation of the structure of the accumulation of the scientific results by the directions of the problematic field in the form of the specialized electronic resource “Scientists - school” on the basis of the electronic library system of the pedagogical university. There is suggested the model of the integration of the specialized resources in the field of the best practices of the general education on the basis of the different pedagogical universities in the united academic network.
