The results of empirical studies of peculiarities of psychoemotional development of preschool children (children’s fears) in the conditions of transitivity of modern age are presented. The most significant theoretical concepts, explaining the children’s fears, are revealed. The prospects of work of practical psychologists to overcome the children’s fears in the context of transitivity are described.
