The tactics of treatment for patients with femoral shortening and patellar dislocation

The work deals with the effect of femoral lengthening on the position of patella after its dislocation correction by different techniques. The results of treatment have been analyzed. It has been proved that femoral lengthening doesn't change the position of patella after its correction by the technique worked out at RISC "RTO".
