The trajectories of the personal and professional development of the classroom teacher in the system of the evaluation of the efficiency of his educational activity

The article deals with the issue of designing the trajectories of the professional and personal development of the classroom teacher in the system of the comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of his educational activity. There is revealed the place of the trajectories in the system of the comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of the educational activity, there are presented the approaches and principles that are considered as the methodological basis of the development of the trajectories. The authors define the structure, content and stages of designing of the trajectories of the professional and personal development.
