Transdisciplinary projecting of individual routes for physical culture teachers

This article is devoted to the description of the implementation of transdisciplinary design of individual training routes for physical education teachers. This article describes the author’s congruent, constructive and creative individual training routes for physical education teachers. To solve the complex task of evaluating the effectiveness of transdisciplinary design of individual routes, we applied criteria such as metacognitive involvement, the level of development of mental skills, satisfaction with the organization of the educational process, as a result of which we recorded statistically significant changes in indicators in experimental groups.
