The requirements to the formulation of the scientific problem in the pedagogical study

The article deals with the typical mistakes in the description of the rubric “research problem” in the pedagogical thesis, illustrated by the concrete examples. There are considered the possible consequences from their incorrect formulation of the problem. The author describes the definition of the problem. There are analyzed its features, criteria of veracity, structure and requirements to the concrete formulation.
