Satisfaction by labor as a foundational factor of the resulting character of the pedagogical activities

The article deals with the definition of the motivation factors to the implementation of the pedagogical activities, there are revealed the factors influencing on the satisfaction of teachers by their labor, there is given the definition of the resulting character of the pedagogical labor. There is conducted the analysis of the satisfaction of the teachers in Kamyshin Polytechnic College by labor, there is stated the connection between the teachers’ motivation, the degree of their satisfaction by labor and the resulting character of the pedagogical activities.
