Уголовно-правовые аспекты хищения имущества военной организации

Countering the theft of property of military organizations affects several disciplines at once: criminology, criminal law, criminal procedure, criminology, as well as administrative and civil law. The period of socio-economic crisis, the imposition of sanctions and tension in the international situation is accompanied by internal crisis phenomena in the Russian Federation. In such a period, the role of the Armed Forces is especially important, not only for defensive and security purposes, but also as a deterrent. The level of defense capability and combat training depends on the internal order and subordination in the ranks of the army. In this case, non-compliance by military personnel with the military regulations and legislation of the Russian Federation is particularly dangerous. The political and socio-economic processes taking place in Russia in recent years also affect the defense sector. In particular, such phenomena as corruption, theft of military property, the creation and development of a system of criminal groups between military officials and criminal structures. Military service should look prestigious to the population and command respect. Due to the sanctions imposed and the conduct of a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, problems arise related to national security and equipping the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
